if Aerith felt and knew that Elmyra's husband had died... I'm very sure that she knew when Zack died too and she understood... which is probably why she was so miserable afterwards... why Elmyra told Cloud that it hit her very hard. I love this coupling so much and always have... it is my favorite. I am glad ZackxAerith is getting some attention with Crisis Core.

I mean, I don't like the novella much and it wasn't written by a staff member...but that's what gave me the idea that maybe she was wondering where he was all that time.

But yeah, I love how the couple is getting popular because of CC. After all, they are THE couple, aren't they?

I have no idea what "the maiden who travels the planet" is. I've never heard of that before. I base all my theories on things from the games... which makes that novel seem a bit inconsistent to the game since they emphasized that Aerith had a connection to the planet... and that she knew when Elmyra's husband died... so she should have known that Zack had died too because he was that much closer to her.

Totally, Adella!

That novel contradicts what the rest of the compilation is telling me, especially Advent Children and Crisis Core. If Zack and Aeris had the closeness they had in CC, her reaction when she saw Zack in the lifestream would have been different. She pretty much ignored Zack and focused on OMG ~Cloud.

Aeris was a little OOC too, acting like some therapist/psychologist to the dead people in the lifestream. Also, the author seems to dislike Zack for some reason
